When I was young, I loved to watch my Nonie bake, it brought her so much pleasure to make things she knew we would enjoy.  As an adult with Celiac, I no longer was able to enjoy cakes, like she made. So, I decided to create glu-TN free cakes, that tastes like cakes made with wheat flour, but is 100% Gluten free, and made in Tennessee. I also wanted to keep them at a decent price, so anyone could afford them. We use only the best ingredients, make everything fresh, and have fun doing it. 

As someone with dietary issues, I know how hard it is to always have to ask for Gluten free or get a meal plan before being a dinner guest. It can be difficult to find delicious gluten free items, that taste good. My goal is to stop that. I want cake, to be something you can feel good about, knowing you can actually eat a chunk of cake and not be affected by it, except with a happy tummy and a huge smile.

I believe I have found the answer, Chunk Cakes. I am so proud of them. They're homemade, beautiful, delicious, wholesome, and refreshing. I hope you love them, as much as I love creating them for you.
